I'd be interested in trying out your software, but none of my PCs have a
plug-in COM card.. just the typical multi-io chip which handles serial,
parallel, maybe the floppy controller, etc.
Do you know which of the older UARTS support the slow speeds? Will the
16550C do it, or 8250, or?
