Relying on the space keying to turn the tube off.

I've got at least one NOS 5763 RCA tube if you want a spare.
I might have more of them (haven't looked deeper yet) if anyone
is motivated to build one of these.

By the way, you can use a twin-Tee notch filter to eliminate the
Mark tone of ITTY if you want to have some fun with this.
