[GreenKeys] Punching Standard Alphabet In Leader of Paper Tape Messages

We have something implemented in the testgenerator chip software of
the i-Telex system.
Unfortunately it works only with 50 bauds (66WPM) machines, otherwise you
already
would have got one Steve. ;-)
It is always big fun for kids at maker fairs or similar exhibtions where we
demonstrate teleprinters
and i-Telex.
