I have a "Banner" program that punches letters on tape in a matrix board fashion that has the table of characters you are asking about.

The kids I demo my equipment to get a big kick out of seeing their names punched out on tape.

The program I use is written in Python and uses parts of John Nagle's BaudotRSS software.

Contact off list and we can arrange getting a copy to you.

I used to head all my tapes with the plain English description punched into the tape... cant's seem to find the reference on how to do it... I do recall a vertical line was LTRS....
