[GreenKeys] Thyratron used in audio ! !

     What I remember was the cry baby although I never knew until now 
what it was called.  The off hook sound is still with us, much louder. 
The off hook is a series of fast beeps. I can't remember if it was 
something else way back when. Perhaps the cry baby was not so loud, just 
unpleasant.
