[GreenKeys] m28 reperf punch block

can anyone stear me to some documentation that will tell me how
to remove/replace the perforator (170778) mechanism?  i have a 
broken pin that i want to replace.  The model stamped on the 
reperf is: lpr25arc

i did notice on navy-radio 573-118-800tc pdf page 24 (document
page 21) that a spring (55063) connects to rod (156172) i think
the other end of the spring connects to plate (159901) - but
not sure.  also, there is a second spring (55063) connected to
rod (156172) and i have no idea where the other end of the 
spring goes since it is not shown on document page 21.
