There was an article in "Silicon Chip" magazine (an Aussie publication) 
about how some Asian countries actually reverse some "standard" colour 
codes i.e. black can be neutral etc, so be doubly careful...

Heh - you Americans think that 110v is dangerous?  Try copping a belt from 
the 240v some time (and I don't recommend it).
