[GreenKeys] 28 reperf with auto letters tape feedout - disable?

So here's what I did - I used a piece of wire to pull down the tapeout
mechanism Latch Lever. In normal operation, this lever is lowered by a
follower on the selector reset bail cam, which resets the tapeout mechanism
idle time cam whenever a character is received. So now, even though the
selector is idle, the idle time cam stays reset and the tape feedout never
happens. Voila!
We'll see how long this lasts........
