[GreenKeys] Tip of the Teletype hat

Hi all!

A sincere tip of the Teletype hat for our good friend
Jim Haynes, who recently helped me immensely with
a M15KSR set up for W.U. Telex service...

He spent much time and effort in the careful attention
to packing to ensure it's safe arrival including crating
the typing unit...

I had been looking for one of these units for some time,
after abandoning my original idea of building one up from
a non-telex version...

Jim is a fine gentleman and has been of great help to
so many of us...
