[GreenKeys] 1khz ref tone...

If I need a non-critical ref tone, I use a signal gen app for Android
and/or Linux.. So long as you don't require lab-quality noise / frequency
parameters, these software based gens are amazingly helpful. One downside
is that they can't typically make much output with only a 3.3V / 5V rail.
But that aside, totally functional for innumerable jobs.
