[GreenKeys] USB to RS-232

I use HAL DSRTTY-Win on two laptops that have RS-232 ports.  DSRTTY requires
a com port, not USB.  I also use these laptops to program my two Yaesu
radios that require an RS-232 port.  The radios are current equipment so not
old.  Has anyone has success with the USB to RS-232
adaptors/modules/software that are available?  All the new laptops do not
have a RS-232 port and I soon need a new one.  I have heard that most of
these adaptors do not work as some of the protocols required are not
supported.
