Actually there is quite a difference.
Any of the HAL products are ALL solid state.
And they are all simple terminal units, tones in, loop keying output.
My contention with the KAM would be using it to decode 60 WPM 5 level Baudot
code and convert it to 110 WPM 8 level ASCII code so you could run a
Model 33.
By MFJ, are you referring to the 1224?
