[GreenKeys] 2018 RTTY RU to include a "REAL" Teletype award category

There was an extremely simple modification to the 14, 15 and 19 that 
prevented that problem.  It was written up in RTTY magazine and also 
offered as a kit.  I have a 15 and 19 w/ the mod.  Could be easily 
duplicated.  I do not recall when, but in the late 60's I am pretty 
sure.   Have a stack of RTTY magazines, maybe the "Force" will encourage 
me to look....  yeah, sure
