[GreenKeys] 2018 RTTY RU to include a "REAL" Teletype award category

Great news!  However, I have a question:  how does anyone using a real 
machine overcome the fact that the computer geeks usually do not insert 
CR+LF at the end of their transmissions?  I used a Model 15 in the first 
RTTY contest I worked and it would end up pounding holes in the paper at 
the end of a  line because of this.  I also subscribe to the RTTY 
contesting list and a lot of those folks think that any extraneous 
characters is a waste of milliseconds.
