Yes, the models 100-105 were basically the same machine with minor
improvements.
WU also had a perforator & a tape reader built.

I have about 30 more pictures from David Burns' site that show some of
the inner workings.

In order to cut costs, WU designed their own teleprinter and had it
manufactured by a typewriter company. It cost about half what a Teletype
Corp. Model 15 did, but they were not as rugged as the M15. About 6500
units of the Model 100-105 family were produced between about 1935-1945.
