[GreenKeys] 28 stunt box oddity

Thanks for all the helpful replies. It is great to have you experienced,
knowledgeable folks to fall back on.
My theory about there being a broken tine on the stunt box function bar was
CORRECT!
While I had the typing unit out to adjust gearshift backlash, I flipped it
over and could see that the stunt box BELL function bar was indeed missing
a tine for bit 3, so it would be selected for both FIGS-S (bell) and FIGS-E
(3). This is a NOS AN/UGC-77 typing unit never put into regular service so
presumably this was a factory error or something that failed very early in
my testing.
For now I have tied off the function bar to disable it - sometime before
next December I'll get around to pulling the stunt box and replacing the
function bar. Otherwise I won't be able to play Jingle Bells.....
