[GreenKeys] 28 stunt box oddity

This machine rings the bell on FIGS-E (3) and also on FIGS-S (BELL)
For FIGS-E it prints the 3 but space suppression is also activated so that
the next character prints on top of the 3.

E is 10000 and S is 10100, so at first I thought that maybe code bar 3 was
stuck marking somehow so that FIGS-E looked like FIGS-S, but if that was
the case lots of characters would get confused but everything prints OK
except for this one stunt box function.

So I am thinking there must be a missing tine on the BELL stunt box
function bar (or tooth on the code bar). How very odd!
Does this make sense to you guys with more M28 experience?

The Stunt Box terrifies me, so I'll have to work up a lot more courage to
pull out the function bar and see if that is it. I can live with a ding and
overprinted 3 for now.
