[GreenKeys] RTTY RU 2017 beat our goal of 209 contacts!

I suggested a photo of the printout of at least one contact - proves you have the machine and made at least one contact with it.  Also recommended the machine model/type be included in the exchange.  
I suppose if you are planning on cheating - in a contest that relies on the honor system - it is what it is.

I think the only way that it could be enforced would be to require a 
video; after all, cheating in all sorts of contests comes naturally (just 
look at the Olympics).
