Ummmm, the Model 15 requires a 60 mA current loop.
Typically with a 120 vdc supply with roughly 2K ohms in series.
It may work down to a 48 vdc supply with a 500-600 ohm
resistor in series.

But it's only going to print garbage with a 9 volt loop supply.
