[GreenKeys] Hi-speed Teletype reader...

Near Fair Radio's old location in Lima, Ohio, there was a real Kewpie's
Hamburger restaurant. The burgers were fried on a griddle, not broiled,
and rather good. There were large dolls as decorations above the serving
line. I don't know if there are any other locations left.
