[GreenKeys] 28 Printing punch hammer - replacement procedure

A problem discussed here in the past is that the rubber hammer disintegrates. Nobody on Greenkeys has yet been able to get some made. It would require design work, prototyping, researching a fabricator, etc like Dave, W5DT, did for the 32/33 print hammers.
