[GreenKeys] 28 Printing punch hammer - replacement procedure

Is the procedure documented ? I can't seem to find it in
the Bulletins, or does someone just know the steps.

I have a spare parts LTPE I can pull one from.

I first need to confirm the material and then might have
a plan for making a usable substitute
