[GreenKeys] Teletype M33 progress

The teletype we're restoring at the U of Iowa is working better.

We got the CR mechanism adjusted, dropped the TU back onto the base, plugged in all the wires, and huzzah, it types.  CR works, LF works, spaces are spaces, and about half the letters print correctly.  The other half print mostly as their successors.

So type:  THIS IS A TEST OF THE TYPPPEWRITER  and
you get:  UNUS US A UESU NG UGE WU]OOEWSIWES
And type: 012345677789
to get:   1133557777=>
