The boards in the photo appear to show status of communication circuits. I can make that out some say VOICE-1, VOICE-2, TTY, DATA-1, DATA-2. Perhaps it helps that I once worked on CMC communications documentation.

There is one display board about 3/4 down that gives a lot of
information. I wish there was a way to blow up that photo and
see units clearly.

Nice find; first time i've seen a close up of the hardened TD-2 antennas
at that location; one talked to Beulah and the other to Cxxxx(can't
quite read the name on map). IIRC these were simplified TDAS, one
channel(MG) & one protection, at least initially.
