[GreenKeys] Model 33 Progress

Okay so.. I'm confused.  I have no idea how this thing is printing out the
correct characters when it does. :)

 

Here's a video the machine in operation.  What I'm doing in the video is
holding down the L and REPT key.. which is producing mostly H's and the
occasional L.

I also turned on the paper tape punch.  The shorter tape is the result of
typing the number 4 over and over again.  The longer is L, which was mostly
coming out as Hs.

The difference between L and H on the 33 is Codebar 3.. and I've noticed if
I add a bit of pressure at the punch end (gently pulling on codebar 3), it
does produce the right L character.

 

But even just looking in the video it looks like 3 is moving ok on its own.
And I have no idea why the punch is so inconsistent.
