Depending on your model, you either have an automatic punch or you have a  
manual punch (i.e., you can't change it), or you can disable the automatic  
punch control by reinstalling clips in the slots A0 and A8 of the punch.

Next, I found that codes 0x14 and 0x12, stop and start the punch  (<Ctrl>-T

How do I punch these codes on tape without stopping the punch? Is  there an

Or is this ASR just not meant to punch binary codes?
