[GreenKeys] Help with No Print Bracket

I SEEM TO REMEMBER THE REAL PROBLEM IF THERE WAS  FORM FEED   TOO.
 THESE TTY  PROBLEMS ALSO  AFFECTED THE  GE  TERMINET  BACK IN 1979  IF  
YOU HAD THE ASR  DESK TO GO WITH  IT WITH THE PUNCH AND READER DRAWER...  300 
BAUD PUNCH AND READER...   PRETTY NICE....
 
STILL NEED   A PICTURE  FOR THE  TTY.....   ED#

Holding down the print suppress with a screw driver shows that it works  
fine, but the carriage still moves with Space and Return, and the paper still  
advances with Line Feeds.  I suppose the way to conserve paper while  
punching would be to remove the paper when holding down the print suppress  bar.  
Still, very cool.

I have  a later model ASR33, I am wondering about 2 things. 

When I send a file to the unit for punching, I want to suppress the  
printing of the data. 

Next, I found that codes 0x14 and 0x12, stop and start the punch  (<Ctrl>-T 
and <Ctrl>-R). 
How do I punch these codes on tape without stopping the punch? Is there  an 
escape sequence? 
Or is this ASR just not meant to punch binary codes?
