Hi,
Last email - I’m going to be so dead tomorrow for work ~o~; ~…
With my ohm meter, I’ve traced a good circuit from the DC input terminal from the outside to C3, where it stops - as seen here (Filter Z-1, page 2):…
http://www.virhistory.com/navy/manuals/tty/jh/ttyman9/drawings/military/19x02.pdf
What is this C3??? It looks to be ceramic (doesn’t look original)… can’t get an open or somewhat open circuit past it. Also, I’ve followed the circuit along the other path past the honkin’ R5-A/R5-B resistor to the K-201 Relay, as seen the same page of the diagram-manual above… up to pins 7 and 5. Not sure if I am able to get anything past this on pins 1, 4 or 2 (I can’t)… this may or may not be a trouble spot, too ;o . I know I'm bypassing the line relay already, so maybe this isn’t relevant to my trouble ;o . Again, what is C3 ;o ???
Cheers ^_^ ~
(P.S.: Sorry, hope I’m not being too annoying here ;o ~….. also, for reference, I blew something on the line loop, so am trying to trace down the trouble here ;p ~)
