For what it's worth, I have an extra of the correct 4-prong power plug if
you need it, though I believe you don't have the desk and associated wiring
that would make it useful to you.  In your case it would be more useful to
replace it with a modern 3-prong plug (and save the 4-prong one to give to
someone who is restoring a M19 table! don't throw it out, they're very hard
to find.)
