[GreenKeys] supplier for 1" oiled paper tape for M33?

I remember that there was a thread some time ago which discussed an
alternative way of making your own oiled paper tape.

AFAIR it basically is putting a roll on it's side and apply oil using a
brush sparingly on one side, flip the roll and repeat it. Do this every 2
days until the oil reached the center of the paper tape.

I cannot remember which kind of oil was used, but I guess light machine
oil would do it.
