The EICO EC-700 must harbor the same black-project tech as 'Magic' Alex'
Nothing Box..

Nothing more than a group of neon lamp (NE2) relaxation oscillators, driven
by a 90V "B" battery, or a string of 10x NEMA 9V units. But the slight
differences in components lead to the appearance of a truly random
sequence. It's a simple yet clever electronic perceptual illusion.
