CONGRATS ERIC I LOVE THIS! (Board is small! I kept loosing it on the
desk!)
Rob - Like in next door to me Peoria AZ?
what tty do you have?
OK yes the PUTTY looks pretty good but before I saw your message
Thanks to Dave also for the Kermit suggestion.
I was loading the hyperterm off win xp sitting next to this win 7
system.
this little board is neat.. I have it talking! Now I just need a
neat 60 mil
loop power supply and a box to seal the
supply and this board in so it can not be diddled with.
Does anyone have a ready to roll isolated compact 60 supply they can
part with>
The Idea is to have this on one of the UPI printers so a visitor can
punch the button
and have it print some UPI like messages
I do not know how to enter things to
make bell sounds from this ASCII keyboard un,less the
ctl G translates to the baudot bell... Eric? help? advice?
<<<ENHANCEMENT IDEA>>> Might be neat to have a SHOWMSG to print the
msg in memory
<<<ENHANCEMENT IDEA>>> a way to enter message from a prepared file
that was it could be
edited and formatted ahead of time ( and spell checked which I always
need.
Ok it would be good to have an autostart fro these UPI printers I
wonder how many line feeds
I would have to execute before it came up to speed to print?
I need an easy clean safe autostart methodology to apply to this UPI
printer in the display
IDEAS PLEASE!?!?
Thanks to all
