[GreenKeys] re-inkers

Does anyone have any information on re-inkers for the 14, 15, 19 Etc. or  
28?
 
Were they put out by Teletype or a third party?
 
If TT, anyone have part numbers? Ink wells, felts, maintenance  tools.
 
Perhaps a manual? Probably 2 or 4 pages as it wasn't rocket science.
