[GreenKeys] Got a clean HW-101 manual nice! but forgot I needed a SB 101 ...

I ran it on AFSK - because if you shift the VFO, since it's a
transceiver, it might do weird things during receive if the keyboard,
printer are in the same loop.

Oh - on the AFSK tones: keep the drive low enough that you don't get
distortion.
