[GreenKeys] teletype motor with the 'night light' on it!

The light is to shine across the paint stripes  so they can be viewed 
through the shutter on the tuning fork when setting the motor speed. 
When it's done right, the strobe effect is easy to see. There isn't much 
noticable flicker when the bulb is lit by 60 cycles, on 25 cycles the 
flicker is so far off from the strobe speed that the only effect is the 
image of the stripes growing brighter and dimming.  At the correct 
speeed, they will stand still like they do on 60 cycles or DC.
