[GreenKeys] Ignoring DC4/DC2 codes on M33

Malcolm Macleod and I are trying to duplicate DEC computer paper tape diagnostics on his ASR33. The data for the tapes is binary and includes code that is equivalent to the DC4 "punch off" command. When the teletype receives that code, it stops punching until it receives the equivalent of a DC2 "punch on" sequence. Apparently this behavior is expected for a machine with the "LOCK ON" option(?). How do we disable this mechanism so that the machine punches _all_ data sent to it, ignoring control codes?
