[GreenKeys] ASR 33 progress!

We've reached the point where the Model 33 we're working on at the U of Iowa is good for typing THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPS OVER THE LAZY DOG without more than a few doubled characters and a few misprints (typos are starting to dominate our testing).
So, we noticed that the bell was still off, and replaced it. To our dismay, the bell always rings, with every character or control character. I think we need to adjust the margin bell bellcrank clearance. We tried bending the bellcrank using pliers, but no go. The manual says we need a TP180993 bending tool.
Does someone have one? A photo would probably give us enough information that we could make one.

by the way, do any of the experienced ASR33 maintainers here have any advice about the adjustments we should fiddle with to improve the print quality?
