[GreenKeys] M28LP hold down screws...

In lieu of the special tool, a tiny bit of clay or chewing gum will stick a screw onto a screwdriver tip well enough to get it started. I use a product called Blu-Tack. It never hardens, so a small amount will last a long time. It will lose some of it's tackiness as it gets dirty.

Oh My! In my youth as a USAF 30454 ground radio repairman I had one of these in my tool box. Truly it saved mea number of times. Thanks for reminded me of this. I should set another. Thanks for the source link! Doug!

The special tool might be this:
-- http://www.toolnsupply.com/k36-klein-tools-slotted-screwdriver, about $10. There are other sizes. Google the phrase "split blade screw holding". Klein tools was a major supplier to AT&T, they made many of the standard telco tools.
