speaking of autostart.... will the UPI teletypes we have at the museum
project possess auto start or did they let the motors run 24/7?

With a model 15, I would suggest the "45 baud" card. As I have
mentioned previously, it's not the card that sets the baud rate, it's
the i-Telex controller that sets it. The "45 baud" Is a simpler interface
that the TW-39 card which is needed to talk to the call control units.
So, basically what you need is:
>From Henning
i-Telex card
45 baud card
power supply card
back plane
>From elsewhere
two 15 vac transformers
autostart for the M15.
And, of course, an internet connection.

Or, you could get the TW-39 + serial card.
Use the C-64 on the serial port, and make up a line polarity
reversal control to turn on the M15. ;-)
