[GreenKeys] 33ASR Intermittent Double Linefeed

I should qualify my input:  My 33 is sprocket feed and has a substantially different LF mechanism than the friction feed 33.

There are several possible causes, but most likely the LF function pawl is not getting stripped from the LF function lever after the intended LF. When the next character comes in (1 in your example), the LF pawl is still engaged, so a LF occurs again.
As a first step, I'd clean and then lube the points at which the LF function pawl (vertical piece) engages with the LF fuction lever (horizontal piece).
