[GreenKeys] M15 How to disable unshift-on-space?

Took another look. It is an eccentric, and allows adjustment between the
lever and the projection on the other bar. Thing is, at the tightest
setting, I can't get closer than 0.020", which is kinda far from 0.006".

Would that actually be enough to do it? I noticed that when the cutout
lever is in the "allow" position, the bar it restrains only moves a few
thou.. about the same as when it's in the "disallow" position.

Is it really that tight of a setting? And if yes, why can't I get it set
properly? I inspected the parts, and didn't see any obvious wear at the
point where they contact.
