Sorry about this one - it's solved. It's simply a matter of the fact that
the screw wasn't fully installed, but it felt like it was because there
must have been some grit in the thread. It's in a somewhat tight spot, so I
just reached behind and checked with my fingers.
It took a small wrench to 'pop' it loose. Sounds much better - now it's
just plain LOUD. But the cover is off..
