You may be able to locate recent-production new rubber feet that are close to or the same as what are on your Flexowriter.  The world of rubber feed and bumpers seems to be alive and well.

Also, some surviving surplus supply houses have a wide array of rubber feet.  Apex Electronics comes to mind.
