Do you have a CAD model?  I've got a 3-D printer, and would be happy
to try to run up a sample in ABS plastic - if you've got a model.
(That's a hard plastic - I can't do "soft rubbery stuff" with this machine.)
No guarantees that it will work - 3-D printers are still finicky things. 
But it would be fun to try.

(If you need 3-D modeling software, drop me a line.  I've had good luck
lately with the free level of a commercial product, but don't want to
mention names lest this turn into an endorsement and draw the thread
further off-topic.)
