Doug,

OK.  That should be large enough.  

I have always used the default here, which is 10 pitch Arial.  I added the 
list as a CC.  See whether or not you receive both the direct and the 
reflected.  This is 10 pitch.

This is 12 pitch as it's being sent.  I had to set my account not to send 
me copies to reduce bounces so I won't get a copy reflected back.

This is 14 pitch.  16 isn't an available option in this manager.

If the above all got through the reflector, there must be something about 
how Apple sets font size that the QTH.net server doesn't like.  Or it could 
just as easily be that YOUR ISP doesn't like what the QTH.net did to the 
reflected message.  That was what was apparently happening to cause too many of 
my reflected back copies to be bounced by my ISP.
