Yeah, that kind of stuff can happen.  But if I only need a few little 
parts and RS has them it is convenient - and if they turn out to be bad
I can always get good ones from some of the good guys.  The local store
I think is turning to a variety of suppliers since they supply things
that were never in the RS store before.
