[GreenKeys] Punched TTY tapes as Media Mail

Well now having used MEDIA MAIL for several years…
paper is paper regardless of the form it takes. I have shipped and received
rolls of paper and rolls of paper tape in boxes that included a BOUND BOOK.
The book cannot have any advertising in it, unless the ads are over 10 hers old.
Also weight is now a factor. If the package exceeds a certain girth and weight
the USPS puts a $9.00 surcharge on the package. So sometimes you are
better off sending the paper via FedEx Ground Home Delivery.
