This suggestion may or may not be "blasphemous" but have you
considered a typewriter repair shop? You could probably find a local
one on Reddit's r/typewriters subreddit.

I only suggest a typewriter repair shop since they deal with similar
machines, though whether they've ever even seen a Model 35KSR is an
issue.
