Small miracle!  The sprocket feed printer which I planned to use for parts has 2 good rubber grommets (181014).  I will send you one tomorrow along with the plastic bushing just for you to check out.  We dont need the bushing.  They survive well and I have a few used ones that are good.  Just the rubber grommet.  I wouldnt install the bushing in the grommet as you may destroy the grommet. 
  
We have been using the wrong name for the part we need.  Its grommet, not bushing.  Or at least I have.  LOL.
