[GreenKeys] 28 printing reperf hammer redux

My experience with the 173979 hammer heads is that inasmuch as they are 
aged for about the same time as the ones I have seen/used, I submit that 
the ones for 9 dollars each would be a nice profit for the vendor, but 
it would be at best iffy as to whether or not they would hold up for any 
period of time.

When the material that they were made of ages, it seems to retire 
whether or not it has had much use. Looks and works good, and then 
POOF!!! they are dust.

Just my opinion/experience.
